Marko comes from a family of teachers who intuitively understand the priority of providing students with an inspirational experience that is grounded in practicality.

Marko's mission is to empower students with useful information so they can make informed choices that promote health for themselves and their environment. Nutritionist and dieticians can promote useful guidelines, but it is the working Chef
that can bring a realistic strategy to cooking food that is safe, cost effective, quickly produced and absolutely delicious.
