As a cookbook author, food writer and veteran of the Greystone Culinary Institute of America, Marko has been working in the culinary arts for over twenty years.

Marko has cooked on numerous occasions for George W. Bush, Ladybird Johnson, Michael Dell and Kevin Spacey. He is the first choice of many established caterers when they need someone to provide colorful culinary skills in the public view. He is a specialist in seafood, vegetarian, macrobiotic, diabetic, low fat and organic choices. Marko has cooked everywhere from London to Baranof Island in Southeast Alaska.
